Follow these easy steps to place an order with Somewhere In Time:

1. Carefully Read the Terms & Conditions

This will answer most of your questions and will indicate whether or not we can fulfill your specific order requirements.

2. Send Us your Primary Contact Information

3. Email Us Your Guest List, Font Choices & Ink Color

We prefer your guest list to be in Microsoft Excel or Word file formats.

Email your completed guest list as an attachment -and- in the body of your email please indicate your font choice and ink color:

4. Guest List & Order Proof

Once we receive your guest list, font selections and ink colors, we will re-enter this information into our software and create a proof. This is a numbered version of your guest list.

This proof will be emailed back to you usually within 24 hours for review.

We then require your approval or changes to be sent back to us via email:

5. Sending Envelopes & Shipping

Once the final proof has been approved, we will email you the final cost for your order. Payment options are listed below, see #6.

Next, you will ship your envelopes to SomeWhereInTime.

Please send at least 10 extra envelopes or more per sets of 100. Any unused envelopes will be returned after the order has been completed.

Shipping methods:

If you are running on time, USPS Priority, (3-5 day delivery for most areas), with a Delivery Confirmation is the most economical. This method usually costs between $10 & $20 depending on your box weight.

If you are in a hurry, Fed Ex overnight will cost around $60-$100+. USPS Express usually costs less, but delivery takes about 2 days from most zip codes.

Packaging your envelopes:

The best way to package your envelopes is to leave your envelopes in the stationery box, then place that box in a larger zip lock or clean kitchen garbage bag, then pack that box in a larger box with some paper or cushioning around it to "lock it" securely into place.

Do Not!!!

- Ship your envelopes to us in any kind of envelope!!!

- Ship them to us loose in a box so that they slide around!!!

- Ship them in only the stationery box- they work well when double-boxing, but are too flimsy to be shipped as the main box!!!

You will receive a final invoice after the completion of your order that will show the actual return shipping amount + the $6.50 Handling/Fuel Charge. We are happy to provide the customer with scanned copies of any shipping receipts.

If you will be using our Assembly, Stamping, Mailing services, please send your invitation supplies and envelopes, along with any postage stamps which will be applied. It is best for the customer to have one assembled invitation weighed at your local post office so that you may choose your favorite stamps and send them along with your order. A sampling of your invitations will be double-checked for weight before mailing. ( We did have a case in 2008 where a customer purchased stamps at her local post office and was told the wrong postage amount. She had square envelopes, which are always extra postage!!! We caught this mistake, purchased and applied the extra postage, saving the customer from her entire order of invitations bouncing back. )

6. Final Cost & Payment

a) Payment may be sent via personal check or money order made out to:

There will be an invoice included with your completed order detailing the printing, set-up, and return shipping amount. Please see our Prices page for a list of all printing costs and any other fees.

Any “add on” envelopes will be added to your final bill along with return shipping cost of your order.

b) If you wish to pay using a credit card and are a registered Paypal user, you may email Somewhere In Time to request a Paypal invoice sent via email.

There is a $5.00 charge if paying using Paypal.
