Follow these easy steps to place an order with Somewhere In Time:

1. Choose a Font Style from our Font Samples Page.

2. Choose Black Ink or one of the many colored inks from our Ink Colors Samples Page.

3. Order Form (Choose one from three options.)

ONLINE
- Fill out our online order form, and then press Submit.

FAX
- Download order form here.
- Type or neatly print order and then fax to: 1-715-887-4027

MAIL

**note** You may send your order form, guest list, deposit, and envelopes all at once. Please read through the remaining steps before mailing everything.

4. Send Us Your Guest List (choose one from four options)

5. Be sure to read the [ Terms and Conditions ].

6. After submitting the above, Somewhere In Time will contact you with the cost for your order.

7. Initial Deposit - A 50% deposit is due with your initial order for Somewhere In Time to begin work on your proof sheet. Any “add on” envelopes will be added to your final bill along with return shipping cost of your order. (choose one from two options)

Somewhere In Time accepts money orders and cashier’s checks made out to ‘Somewhere In Time’ and sent by USPS to:

8. Guest List Proof - Once your initial payment has been made- we will create a proof of your guest list. Your guest list proof contains numbered entries and will be faxed to you for your appoval. Once you have had a chance to look over your proof, give us a call or email with any corrections or additions to be made.

9. Send Your Envelopes to Somewhere In Time.

**note** If you choose to use our stuffing/stamping and mailing service, please include your invitations, announcements, or thank you cards. Don’t forget to send 10 or more extra envelopes for “add ons”. We will return all unused envelopes with your completed order.

Send your well-packaged box via Fedex, UPS, or the USPS. We strongly recommend that you insure your package. (The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and Somewhere In Time is not responsible for lost or mis-directed mail.)

10. Once the customer has phoned or emailed with any proof corrections or additions to be made, Somewhere In Time will then print your envelopes which takes about 1 day for orders of 250 envelopes or less.

Your completed order is then shipped back to you via your favorite shipping service. (FedEx, USPS, or UPS). Please specify any overnight or express shipping instructions.

11. Remaining Balance Due.
